​The aim at PLU is, simply, to provide the finest food and service for every single guest. Our values are our raison d’être and match the intimate setting and uncompromising ideals.

​PLU is the creation of chef Elliot Moss, who began his career at Le Gavroche, and is the culmination of Elliot’s many years of experience of Michelin star restaurants and his quest for culinary excellence.

​PLU restaurant serves an extravagant 14-course tasting menu 4 evenings a week: Wednesday – Saturday. And we now offer a ‘mini – PLU’ option one Sunday lunch a month, allowing guests to sample some of the amazing creations from Chef Moss in an à la carte format.

​Of course, we recognise that there are still some people who do not feel comfortable eating out but still want to enjoy world-class dining and for those people, we can offer fully bespoke menus to go!
